Photo prints on paper:

Before your package can be dispatched, the ordered photograph needs to be printed, signed and packed. This takes some time. Therefor packages are generally dispatched within 15 business days after receipt of payment.

Whichever shipment choice you make, the image is shipped rolled-up, in a solid tube, with insurance and tracking number to track your package online. A framework or other support is not provided.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Tubes are amply sized and your images are well-protected.

Delivery time may vary depending on destination and other factors, between 10 and 15 business days.
